Driving license
In order to drive a car or scooter in Zanzibar you need to have a temporary driving license, this license is issued by government of Zanzibar, and it cost 10 USD per driver.
You need to include temporary driving license during booking process, if you have a valid Zanzibar temporary driving license (permit) then you don't need another one
