General Terms and Conditions
Each service that we offer has its own terms and conditions, but these terms apply to all services.
Insurance
Personal, Money, Luggage, Medical insurance, and any kind of insurance that are not stated are not covered by Leza Tours, please make sure you are fully insurance covered.
Price Guarantee
Our Prices are subject to change, though we are thriving to keep our price reasonably standard.
Car and Scooter Rental
These terms and conditions only apply to Cars and Scooters Rentals Service
Driving License
The hirer and/or authorized driver must obtain a temporary driving
permit to drive in Zanzibar which we organize it on your behalf. To
obtain the temporary driving permit the hirer and/or authorized
driver must have held a fall and valid driving license for a minimum
of 2 years.
NOTE: On booking confirmation, we will ask you to attach the
copy of your driving license. The international driving license are
not accepted in Zanzibar.
Driver/Hirer
The driver or hire must be over 24 years of age and under 70 years of age. The hirer or driver must also be in possession of a proper means of identification other than driver license.
Payment and Cancellation Policy
You can pay anytime after booking confirmation, but it is preferably
to pay in not less than two days, the booking may remain valid until
the pick-up date, but it is not guaranteed.
NOTE:
Please contact us to reconfirm the booking if you want to pay in
less than specified time.
Cancellation Policy
Payment made not less than 24 hours are fully refunded. Payments
made within 24 hours the cancellation fee is 30% of the total cost.
NOTE: The cost for Temporary Driving Permit are
non-refundable.
Fuel Policy
All vehicle have half tank of the fuel at the commencement of the period and must be returned with the same status. You will be charged extra for missing fuel.
Security
The hire is responsible for the security of the vehicle, make sure
the car is parked under watchmen during the night. Most places
provide watchmen and car park.
NOTE: Contact us if you want help with the parking lot.
Rental Agreements
The vehicle must be driven by the renter or authorized driver not other person.
The vehicle is not allowed to be driven in the sea shore.
The security of the vehicle is upon the renter during the period of the contract.
If the renter breaks the contract he/she will be required to pay 100% of the total cost.
The company can break the contract at any time if it is proved that the renter is not keeping the vehicle in good condition such as careless driving and alter international damage.
Any damage caused by recklessness the renter will compensate accordingly.
The renter will have to pay 5 USD per our for extra time. Please contact us, so we can extend the contract before it ends.
Fuel are excluded in the price.
Mechanical failure is our responsibility.
Free Mileage and Break Down.
NO REFUND for NO SHOWS.
Pick up and drop off to any beach hotels/locations will incur additional charges, only Stone Town, Airport, Ferry Terminal are free of pick-up and drop-off.

Payment Policy
Payment Should be made not in less than 24 hours before the departure time on booking confirmation. On non-busy days we can accept payment within 24 hours before departure time, but make sure to consult us for reconfirmation of the booking before making any payment.
Payment should be made in full (100%) of the total cost.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 24 hours are not-refunded
Cancellation above 24 hours but less than 48 hours, 70% of total payment are refunded.
Cancellation above 48 hours are fully (100%) refunded.
NOTE: Transaction fee are non-refundable.
